Baby Yoga Classes
Baby Yoga is a fun class to spend time with your baby, the class is mostly about yoga for the baby but we also practice some mums yoga too.
Classes are full of movement and songs to help you learn how to engage with your baby in an enjoyable way while exercising. Babies learn to interact with other babies in the class and there is also refreshments after for the parents to chat and discuss any parent concerns.
Classes are suitable for babies aged between 3 months and 18 months.

What age is Baby Yoga Suitable for?
Baby Yoga classes are for babies aged between 3 months and 18 months.
What do I need to bring to the class?
Mats and cushions are provided in the class for your baby and all you need to bring is what you would usually take out with your baby.
Can I claim back through my health insurance company?
Yes you may be able to claim some of the class payment back through your insurance company, you will have to check your level of cover.
Can I bring a sibling to the class?
It is recommended you come along with just your baby to the class, but if you have no other arrangements you are welome to bring along another child. We do ask that you bring something to keep your child occupied (there will be spare dolls if they wish to take part in the class) it is important they are not disruptive in the class.
Where are the classes held?
The in-person classes are held in the Quaker Meeting House, Churchtown, Dublin 14. There is free parking at the venue, and we are straight through the main doors.
The nearest Luas stop is ‘Windy Arbour’ which is about a 3-minute walk away.
The online classes are held on Zoom.
What should my baby wear?
Your baby should wear something that is easy for you to undress in the class.
