I attended Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes with Gail at Complete Harmony. The classes themselves were fantastic and a gorgeous way to spend time with my baby and learn different ways to bond with my little one. But the welcoming atmosphere and support at these classes is something that cannot be quantified. The chats and a cup of tea with other parents turned out to be lasting friendships. I couldn't recommend these classes more ❤️

Me and my kids absolutely adore the Complete Harmony classes! From Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Yoga and Toddler Yoga, the classes are so much fun and are about you. What I especially love is the freedom my kids have to be kids in the Baby Yoga and Toddler Yoga. Also the cup of coffee at the end of class for me is divine, as well as getting to meet other parents/caregivers and seeing my kids playing with the other kids and making friends. I could not recommend these classes enough!! 💜

Absolutely loved Complete Harmony classes! The favourite part of my maternity leave ❤️ I started with the baby massage course and moved on to baby yoga after that. Such a relaxing and supportive atmosphere and so enjoyable. Baby loved it too and it was a great way to meet other moms and babies!!

Super classes, thought with such care & compassion. I’ve attended pregnancy yoga, baby massage & baby yoga (2babies), and I couldn’t recommend these classes enough, but in particular first time mums.

The classes are structured in a way you feel so safe, at a time when you are so vulnerable, sleep deprived & finding yourself again. I made some great friends at these classes, and it’s all thanks to the beautiful calm environment the class created each week. I’ll always be grateful 💜

Have really enjoyed Baby Yoga! My daughter loves the songs and I use some of the playful stretching activities and songs at home with her too. Lovely time to connect with other mammies with a cup of tea afterwards.
